Job Description and Benefits
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure and transformation projects with a focus on data centre exits, real estate rationalisation, and telecoms-related initiatives. This role requires strong technical acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage large-scale transitions across multiple business units.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Telecoms infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Manage data centre exit and migration projects, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and decommissioning activities including engagement with business stakeholders to optimise space and cost.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and governance reporting at both technical and executive levels.
Skills required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record (5+ years) managing complex technical infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrable experience with data centre exit/migration projects or real estate rationalisation programs.
- Experience in the telecommunications sector or projects involving telecoms infrastructure or services including SONET/SDH, DWDM, IP, OSP/ISP
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors and third-party suppliers.
Educational Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

ITIL Foundation certification or understanding of IT service management principles.
